Continuum Psych sees patients in person at four offices and by secure video for patients in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida and Washington. Every clinician offers telehealth; each office page below lists its clinicians, map and directions. Call (646) 363-6397 or use the new patient form to get started. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; appointments are scheduled directly with each clinician and often run earlier or later.
